Free Sling Dance Class for Mother's Day

Join us for a special celebration of Mother's Day with a free sling dance class! Rock-A-Bye Babies is a sling and dance class that encourages bonding through movement to great music while holding your baby close in a carrier or sling, great for all babies and parents. Adeyfield Free Church will then provide us with free refreshments and give us the chance to meet other mums in the area.

Event Details

• Date: Tuesday 1st April

• Time: 10:30-11:30am (refreshments after this)

• Location: Adeyfield Free Church, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 4GZ

• Age of baby: 6 weeks+ Please do not attend this class if you haven't had your 6 week postpartum check with the all clear to start exercising again. We do not cap the age that your baby needs to be attend but generally around 2 years old the children tend to not want to stay in the carriers!

What do I need to know?

• Please book your place before attending so we know how many people to expect.

• Fill out the registration form before attending (bottom of page).

• If you have a sling/carrier please bring it with you. If you dont, we have spares for people to use (please email us ahead of the event if you would like to use one of ours).

• Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you can exercise in.

• Dress baby in layers so that you can add/remove where appropriate during the session.

• Bring a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated!
